2 IN 2 OUT is the first sustainability program in the country for managing material waist in the fire departments. The program consists of a monetary reward for manufactures, wholesalers and fire departments on their recyclable materials when they fall out of service after the multiple tests established by the NFPA standards or by their expiration date.
